Reasonable service - though they were unable to overcome terrible service from manufacturer - at least they took back the equipment and refunded without any quibble.

We are disappointed to read this feedback, as it does not fairly represent the high level of expert service and support our team provided throughout this customer’s case. Our technical specialists worked diligently to investigate the issue in detail, despite the fact that the core problem stemmed from external factors beyond our control — specifically, the poor state of the local telecom signal on the customer’s island. This connectivity issue prevented stable 4G communication with the robot and our servers, and it is regrettable that this was misinterpreted as a deliberate block or failure on our part.
We would like to emphasize that Mammotion’s support team provided full, professional assistance at every stage, including detailed diagnostics and follow-up communications. We are confident that our guidance went well beyond the simplistic “switch it off and on again” approach described.
Furthermore, the comments about the robot’s performance and maneuverability do not reflect the experience of the vast majority of our customers, who have found the Luba series — including the 2AWD and 4WD configurations — to deliver exceptional results across a wide range of terrains.
While we respect every user’s right to share their personal experience, we stand by the quality of both our products and our service, which continue to receive excellent feedback from customers around the world.

Unfortunately the dealer's response does not accord with the facts of the problem. That Mammotion were actively blocking the device's 4G service was discovered after forensic diagnosis by the system engineers of the local telecom operator (I supplied these written system diagnostics to MowerMagic and to Mammotion) and the blocking was subsequently acknowledged, in writing, by Mammotion.
A replacement unit from a different manufacturer has worked flawlessly over the same 4G service (and by the way was £1,600 cheaper. and in my opinion does a better job). In view of the inordinate amount of time I invested in the Luba, I wish it were otherwise.
There is little point in end users sharing their actual experience of a product or service if it is to be contradicted. I have given credit where due to Mower Magic. None is due at all to Mammotion who's responses were slow (many days) and completely failed to identify or address the problems, in spite of many opportunities to do so.
I rejoice that everyone else is apparently happy with the Luba-2. My experience was otherwise.
