I'm sorry with regards to the chain quality and also with not being able to contact us (I'm not sure why this is). We have become aware of the quality issue with regards to the antique plated chains and we have made the manufacturers aware of this. Please send back any chains and beads you have with a covering note quoting your order number and we will look to give you a refund. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

However we have a special order for the pocket watches with our suppliers for another Customer. Please contact us during the week and we can discuss minimum order quantities for special orders.
