Sorry about the delay in replying. We are not able to get further supplies of this item, as the UK supplier does not stock it any more. I do not know when/if we will be able to get any more, so I have refunded your money.
At a distance it is hard to diagnose the problem. Sometimes it just takes patience and a certain knack to get the magnet to float. However there are also occasionally faulty units.
