It's been almost month since I order and I still haven't received my order. I trying contacting Grand Illusions about this to no avail. I obtained no answer to my emails.
Not good to get some gifts.

We normally ask customers to wait for a month before we decide a parcel is lost, since we cannot raise the issue with the Royal Mail until a month has passed. But it has been a long time I must admit.
It might be worth checking at the local sorting office, since the package would be too big to fit through a letterbox. If they tried to deliver and found no-one at home, they might have taken it backto the sorting office?
Anyway, we will send out a replacement, and we will use a tracked service.

The second time around the package got here in no time at all. I'm sure it was bad luck but I recommend choosing the tracked service,
