Really sorry you have not received your order. It was sent out by Royal Mail on 6th May and this is the first I have heard about you not having a delivery. I have sent a replacement via Royal Mail by recorded delivery today, so you should get it in a couple of days. I will check that on line in a few days to make sure you have received it. Unfortunately you did not leave your phone number so I cannot ring you. Clare Hill
