From the first phone conversation the service was excellent, emails that followed were always answered promptly and the aprons arrived in plaenty of time for our launch.

Just for your information: Logo on tabard should have been INCIDENT CONTROL as on the proof you sent. Tabards have INCIDENT CONTROLLER. This is OK as it will make no difference.

Thank you for your really useful feedback. We keep reviewing the deivery options. At the moment we use a courier to send parcels out which is more expensive than Royal mail, but they do provide an excellent service.
