I was kept fully informed of my order's progress at all times.
Fast service and very helpful staff. I had made a mistake with my order and they had picked up on the mistake and refunded me which went into my account only a day later! very good service.
after paying for next day delivery they did not deliver the next working day and still after numerous emails they refused to refund the delivery charge. very bad customer service skills in email...

As we have explained to you in two separate emails, you ordered late on Friday and the item was sent out on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday (Next working day).
We clearly state it our terms, orders placed after 3pm or on non-working days will be sent the following working day and delivered the next working day.
