Our printing system is automated so we print as positioned by you. If we spot something we would contact you but at the period of the year - Christmas - this is not always possible. After reviewing your order it is not immediately obvious that you had positioned anything incorrectly. You can always check with us if you have any concerns when you place an order as we are always happy to provide reassurance.

We are sorry to hear this. Due to the delays at Royal Mail due to strikes then we are finding that items are taking longer to get through but they are still being delivered. We have a lot of messaging about this in the basket that if you do choose Royal Mail instead of courier delivery then it is likely to take longer. If your order does not come through soon then please get in touch.
