Service was great, fast delivery & two pens that were incorrectly spelt were quickly replaced including an apology. I would highly recommend & will be using again in the future

We are sorry that you have chosen to blame us for the none delivery of your order.
We received your order on 7th Feb and shipped it by first class mail on the 8th Feb. Royal Mail currently deliver over 80% of first class mail the next day. I feel you have been very unlucky not getting your order. The fact that your postcode is local to us is even more mystifying.
We arranged another item free of charge to be made up for you to collect as you were local.
I really don't know what else we could have done?
