Can you deliver on a specific date? I'd like to order an item to be delivered when I'm away, but if you cannot do this I may need to think of an alternative present.
I had to pay for postage as the sender did not pay for postage even though my payment included first class postage not impressed

We are sorry you feel dissatisfied with our delivery service and on this occasion let down. We would never send out packages without the appropriate postage but very occasionally a stamp gets detached. We have refunded you your postage and would have been happy to do so had you contacted us at the time.
