Hi Arthur, we are really sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived with you yet, as you are probably aware this is due to postal strikes which are currently causing delays. This is completely out with our control and we are trying our absolute best to get parcels out to customers on time. The postal strikes are causing delays across the whole courier network, so even when we use other couriers we cannot guarantee delivery within the two days. Upon checkout on our website there is a message above the 'proceed to checkout' button where we explain that delivery times are less reliable than usual. This is also highlighted again in your order confirmation. Upon tracking your parcel, I can see this is currently at the depot awaiting delivery.
