Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are so sorry to hear you find our service unhelpful, we tried very hard to work with you to find a resolution. We couldn't understand how this connector would be missing, we communicated with our warehouse and all trees had the connectors you mentioned. I understand you have decided to keep the tree, however as discussed in our email correspondence, you were certainly welcome to have returned the tree to us within 28 days of delivery, and should we have found a fault, we would of happily covered the cost of returning it to us.

We are very sorry to hear there was delays with your delivery, we try our hardest to keep customers updated but unfortunately it would be extremely difficult for us to track each individual parcel to provide accurate updates for everyone.
