We are a small, family company and most of the team in my office (including myself) have tried our best with your order. Cara is an absolutely delightful and valuable member of our team who receives regular feedback on her gentle and unhurried manner. I am afraid that I do not accept that she ‘rushed’ you through placing your original order. Our customers are always given the time and guidance they need to choose what will work best. We are sorry that some items went out of stock during the few days between your orders, but as this is our busy season, stock changes daily. You returned the graphite baubles and asked that we send out some blue ones in their place. Having received the paperwork for this by email, you contacted us immediately by live chat. During the 40 minute live chat conversation, we offered several times to give you a full refund as you clearly were not happy with our service or the colours of the baubles. During the subsequent live chat this morning which was shared between Heidi and Fiona, we ended the conversation at the point where you felt it was appropriate to become unpleasant. We are delighted that you have found some baubles elsewhere which meet your expectations.
