The cables and lights are excellent quality. However, I was disappointed the power cables were white.

I can see from the tracking that there has been an unexpected issue in your area which has caused the delay, DPD are now due to deliver your parcel today (29/12/23). On 29/12 received a letter dated 22/12 informing me the item had been impounded by customs awaiting a declaration.
On 29/12 completed online declaration, paid £4.45 in tax.
Received acknowledgement which advised that the item may not have arrived on the Island yet! Awaiting confirmation of delivery next week!

Excellent service from XmasDirect. Last minute order made 2 days before Christmas for Christmas garlands which were received next day delivery & in perfect condition....very impressed with garlands...
