Thank you for the review, sorry to hear that the item did not arrive. I have looked into this and can see that this did not arrive as we had unfortunately had a system error meaning the item was actually out of stock. I can see that an email was sent out to you informing you of this and asking if there was another item you wanted. You requested a refund; I can see that this was processed and should have now reached you.
