So upset as only got refund of£2 not 6:95 that I paid for next day delivery
Was discusting as had to be changed to standard delivery after paying for next day delivery as ordered in time but they didn’t dispatch in time

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the refund. Our 24 hour delivery service is priced at £6:95 and our standard delivery is £4:95. The parcel arrived within the standard delivery service time therefore the postage was paid. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
