Thankyou for your comments. Please accept my sincere apologies over any inconvenience this may have caused you.
In light of your feedback, I am going for forward your comments on to our Web Development team to see if there is any way we can place the Year Packs in year order.
I am also going to raise this with our Customer Service team to see if there is any way the return period for Christmas gifts can be extended from the normal 30 days.

The stamps area changes its format and layout far too often. As soon as you get used to finding your way round for one particular item, it then changes and you have to start searching all over again...
