Mrs Case, Firstly thank you for taking the time to give us such constructive feedback. Secondly if it has not been said before we are very sorry for the service you have received. In general we receive regular feedback from our customers telling us what a great job we do, this is why your situation is particularly disappointing; we have failed to deliver to our usual high standards. We made a genuine mistake and our supplier has let us down in rectifying this.I have tried to contact you to say your replacement bed is arriving with us very soon and we will be compensating you for the inconvenience, our offer of a loan bedframe until the replacement arrives is still there should you change your mind.Once again thank you for taking the time to let us know where we have gone wrong and we hope our offer of compensation goes some way to make up for the inconvenience caused.
