I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience at Wood Floor Warehouse.
All of our products are insured against courier damage, but like any company using couriers to deliver goods, we must ask that they are checked on delivery (or within 24hrs).
It was stated that you had 2 completely damaged packs, but no evidence was ever provided to us of this, and the goods were not signed for as damaged. We were only notified 2 weeks after you had received the goods.
With our any proof of damage, unfortunately, we cannot issues refunds or replacements.
great product. All the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful. So much so that I placed additional orders to floor up stairs and down.

Items delivered on time and well packaged to avoid any damage. Purchased the same flooring before therefore I went back when I required the flooring a second time.
