I wanted to take advantage of the special offer by email towards the end of March. I tried to put the code in but it wouldn't accept it. I then emailed via the website and didn't hear anything back...

Not great customer service but fantastic product
Please keep in touch with customers. Because of the bad weather there were delays with deliveries. I completely understand but it they had put that on the website in the first instance I wouldn't...

Good product, delivery problems
Delivery was a bit of a mess. It seems ot be set up for delivering to corporate customers not domestic. Eventually got the delivery after a couple of false attempts.
