Actually my worst experience of ordering something over the internet. Sorry but some mix-up meant that a present I wanted to give my niece for her birthday arrived in the shop over two weeks late!

So sorry to hear this. I can see here that the item did arrive for collection a little late and is now available in Notting Hill for you to pick up.
