Ce a spus Daisy Kokkinidis despre Willow Cashmere:
They send the wrap after 8 days and I had to send a mail twice.
The item arrived in a plastic bag and not in a box.

We are so sorry for your negative review. We did email to explain that on this occasion and due to an unexpected staff quarantine situation, the parcel would arrive a little later than usual. We sent the parcel after 8 days but usually try and send within 2 days. We did send the wrap out in a plastic pouch instead of a box, as we hoped this would make the shipping a little quicker. I do hope you will consider us again and thanks for your positive comments about our travel wraps.

Many apologies again for your comments, we did explain that due to staff quarantine, the wrap would be sent out a little later than usual. We are sorry you were unhappy with the plastic pouch instead of box, we hoped this would make the shipping a little faster.
