Everything went perfectly. Agent communicated well, all tickets for travel and reservations we're there when they were supposed to be. Hotels were great. What more can you ask? Would certainly use...

Efficient and fair. Good value. Hotels sensibly chosen near stations!
The hotels were not up to 4 star standards, very old fashioned and antiquated . We were given the worst rooms in the hotel, and were told we couldn't upgrade as booked with Secret Escapes!

Good service, but the needed more clear communication in regards to airport to hotel transfers
Colectăm în mod independent feedback în numele întreprinderilor care lucrează cu noi. Platforma noastră ajunge doar la cumpărători verificați, astfel încât poți fi sigur că citești evaluări de la clienți reali.
Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.
Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.
