One of the worst holiday of my life.Hotels were terrible smelled bad .expensive miles away from the Rome central.,I would not recommend anyone to book with you.

One of the worst holiday of my life.Hotels were terrible smelled bad .expensive miles away from the Rome central.,I would not recommend anyone to book with you. I would like to thank you for your correspondence received regarding your holiday booked through our agency, and further to my acknowledgement. I regret to learn that you were not satisfied with the hotels in Rome & Florence. We mostly use hotels with minimum 4 out 5 Stars on trip advisor. We value our customer’s feedback very highly and rely on such comments to allow us a real insight into the service we provide. Hotels you provided were good but details of how to transfers (both public and taxi)from Airport to hotel / hotel to ferry/ ferry to hotel and hotel to airport were not supplied.

I booked a holiday with VIva to Bali and Thailand and they were perfect and sorted out the hotels and transport. I can really say they are the travel agency i've ever used. I told them what I wanted...

All transfers booked arrived when expected and booked.
