I have used Vitabright for several years and recently set up a subscription for my items. However, I had no notification that the subscription was due to be sent to me and I I had plenty of supplies...

Hi Victoria. I'm sorry that you have been disappointed by the subscription service. As explained in by email, the system sends out a reminder three days before the renewal is due, however I am at a loss to explain why you did not receive these on this occasion.
