Heb op maandag 21 mei s'ochtends vanaf openingstijd van het boekingskantoor met 5 telefoons getracht een boeking te plaatsen . Na 6 uur eindelijk contact met uw buro daarna nog 40 min in de wacht...

We kijken uit naar een geweldige week op Isle of Man tijdens het TT event in 2019.
De boeking verliep prima.
Een verbeterpunt zou nog kunnen zijn dat het aantal te boeken personen en motoren verruimd...

TT 2019
Spent 6hrs trying to get through to book sailings for TT19 to be told the sailings I wanted were sold out. Rang the next day and booked different sailings and the whole booking only took 15mins

The service for my purpose is simply ' not fit for purpose'
Absolutely shamefull - it took 7 hours and 75 re-dials before the phone was answered

On the release of the TT 2019 sailings, the island's telecommunications provider had an issue with their ISDN network which impacted incoming landline calls to the Isle of Man. We along with other Isle of Man businesses were unable to take incoming calls. Customers could call us, but we were unable to answer. This resulted in delays in calls being answered or customers being unable to get through on the phone.
