Everything was wonderful except it took three weeks to receive our damage deposit refund. The flat is exactly like the photos and the location was excellent.

The hot water service did not work at the property. The Under the door mat service supposedly check the property is in order, but clearly did not.

They told me last minute that the apartment I booked for 2 weeks was unavailable for one of the weeks and only partially available the second. They offered me an alternative accommodation OUTSIDE of...
We had to wait 35 min in the rain before the person with the key arrived. First thing this person did when entering the apartment was use the toilet herself. Apartment wasn’t properly cleaned.
Totally awesome guys. Helped make my stay pleasant and comfortable. Would surely prefer to stay at one of their property's in future travels.
