Excellent service, answered all questions, replied promptly to any changes we made and the gift list service was excellent. Lara in particular was very knowledgable and helpful.

Excellent pre-booking information on hotels and locations. Easy to talk to somebody with first hand experience of locations. Holiday went very smoothly and all requests were met and some excelled.
