Everything from start to finish was perfect. Michael from Turquoise firstly found out our preferences and suggested best place in Bali and excursions for us. Also there was no problem with booking a hotel in Singapore of our choice that was not on Turquoise offer.

Many thanks for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear about your experience at Zeavola on your honeymoon. I understand you are now in direct contact with Chris to resolve these issues, I know Chris has contacted the hotel and taken the issue in hand. Turquoise Holidays was not aware of the disruption you have experienced, otherwise we would of course not have recommended the resort for your honeymoon. We take our client feedback very seriously and will be pursuing these issues with the hotel. I sincerely hope you still had a wonderful honeymoon and that you have a safe trip home this evening.
