Very difficult to get through to you by phone and delays in speaking to any body about quiries makes it expensive to phone. other than that good service.

Was dduped into spending and extra £200+ after booking holiday. Poor info at time of booking and not very helpful telephone operator.

Thank you for your comments. Your holiday cost should have been agreed with you at the time of booking but I will look into this matter and look to re train to make sure that relevant information and an excellent standard of service is given at all times. Regards Emma

Sales people are just there to make as much money as possible. Never anywhere near the price advertised. £40.00 Credit card charged on a £700.00 transaction. Extras which are in the deal are charged

If you can...... Book your own flight......... Then book the Hotel.......... Transfers are readily available at lower prices based on 4 passengers sharing and you go direct to your hotel, not to everyone else's hotel on route.

Apologies you feel you were overcharged and did not have a good booking experience. It is our policy to make sure that all sales advisor's gain the customer's agreement for the total holiday cost before proceeding, I will do my best to look into this case and re iterate the policy if necessary. Credit card charges are charged by most agencies now however I will again look into this as it should be explained at the time of booking. Regards Emma
