I paid for an Air Canada flight, then cancelled but the airline kept $400
Website works well. Customer service rep was polite and helped refund my taxes charged. Air Canada refused to change a flight or refund $400 of my money.

The car that we rented was never available. We had to cancel and search for other options.

Online I was shown $720 flight credit for AmericanAirlines. I booked a flight using the credits. American Airlines didn't recognize the credit and cancelled the trip. I called travelocity customer...
