Trafalgar Recenzii

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read about the difficulties you experienced while making your connecting flight in Lisbon. We understand how upsetting and stressful it must have been to miss your connection, particularly after confirming with your agent that there would be sufficient time. We regret that the delay in disembarking the aircraft, followed by the time required for passport control, contributed to an already difficult situation. We appreciate how disappointing this experience was and recognise the impact it had on your journey. Your comments regarding the connection arrangements and delays on arrival will be shared with the relevant team for review. We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to read that several aspects of your tour did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the limited legroom on the coach and the seating arrangements and appreciate your comments on how the available space could have been better utilised. We are also concerned to learn that seven of the eight people in your travelling party became unwell. We recognise the importance of appropriate precautions to help reduce the spread of illness and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We regret that the location of the hotels made it difficult to explore nearby attractions and that you felt too much time was spent travelling by coach rather than enjoying the destinations. We also acknowledge your concerns about the value offered by the Optional Experiences and understand the importance of feeling that these provide a worthwhile addition to your holiday. Your feedback regarding coach comfort, health precautions, hotel locations, itinerary timings and Optional Experiences will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We are sorry that these issues affected your overall enjoyment of the trip and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.
