Colourful chairs, exactly as required.
The address on the labels on the boxes didn't list all of the address details, making it confusing for the delivery driver.

Poor service. Won't buy again.
Lack of communication and customer respect. I paid more for quicker delivery which never materialised but they never even bothered to reply to my price-match demands. Don't think I will be buying...

Thank you for taking the time to review us.

I would like to apologise for the delay in getting your chairs 2 days late to you, this was due to the manufacturers stock discrepancy. 
Our standard free delivery however would mean that you are not charged for delivery, and unfortunately, we are not able to offer a faster delivery service on these items as they always take 5-7 days to deliver. 
We were also unable to price match, as we were £2.76 cheaper than the price match quote that you gave us, so we were already the cheapest!

I am very sorry that you felt unhappy with our service as we always strive to offer great service and great prices - which we thought we provided. 

Please give us a call and we will be happy to ensure that any problems are rectified as much as we can.

Speedy service with good communication
I was informed exactly when my order would arrive and it arrived on time! I was even called when it arrived.
