Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Hi, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to learn that your 36 Perennials arrived whilst you were away. In the future if you are able to advise us when you are due to go away, we will be more than happy to add an alternative delivery address to your order or add delivery instructions such as "Please leave with neighbour if out". However, on this occasion I can confirm that I have replaced the Perennials for delivery when our next stock arrives which is due to be during September 2017. I hope this helps with your gardening plans.

Hi Natalie, I'm in the process of a little experiment. The recommended time for sowing these seeds is Sept. I am trying "early sowing" with a few seeds, open, and sealed. Will keep you informed. Regards, Alan Whitfield.

Hi there, I'm very sorry that your Garden Ready plants were damaged in transit and you didn't receive the correct number of plants. You notified us promptly of this but unfortunately we ran out of stock and were unable to replace your plants after all. You received a partial refund for the the missing plants.
