Such slow delivery, I know it’s tricky times and I expected it to take longer than usual, but I ordered my sister in laws birthday present a week early and it arrived over a week late!

I am sorry your order took longer then expected to be delivered. Our Royal Mail standard 2nd class delivery service can take up to 3-7 working days. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 some orders have been taking 10 working days to arrive.
