We received the film and surprised that the film only has pattern on 68cms, instead of 90cms, what we entered as desired height. Also we got a weight calculation of 4-5 kgs for shipping to Hungary...

Hi there, thanks for your review and our apologies for the weight difference – we will look into how this is calculated. As you ordered ‘Hedgerow’ by Hannah Nunn, we can advise that this particular pattern is designed to leave a gap, of either clear of frosted film, between the pattern and top of the panel. We do have an example photo when ordering so can only apologise if this was not clear. If you would like to discuss anything further then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
