Straightforward. The only downside was the delivery man came just as I was pulling into the drive and driver despite seeing me just left so I had to wait another day to have the product delivered....
Very helpful customer service, very quick delivery. Not their fault but Amazon payment system was not good - took payment twice. Company immediately refunded.

good website, tho had to jump through a few hoops to get what we needed ie: website suggested standard sizes, tho had to search and fill in sizes to get the standard
Excellent product. I was a little apprehensive about the installation but the instructions were very clear and it was quite simple to install. Have had very positive comments from the neighbours...
They did make one of the films to the incorrect size but were quick to adjust and even make the design motif to better suit my window as a result. Arguably I got a better film than my original plan....
