Our first delivery was partly damaged in transit. I sent photos of the damaged box and damaged film, and a new one was sent the following day. Both films are now looking great!
Good choice of designs, prompt service, good quality product with easy to follow instructions. Slightly out of measurement by 2mm, but looks ok with a 1mm either side gap it doesn't notice so much.
