Hi Debbie,
Thank you for your valued feedback and sorry to hear your sink mixer was not suitable. I understand you have been speaking with Lara and a refund and return has been arranged.
We would have loved for you to call us during the installation issue , we could have jumped onto this straight away and organised a sink bracket for you. We definitely don't want you to be doing the run around, we would have preferred to fix the issue for you instead!
Thanks again for your feedback, it has helped bring this to our attention so we are now investigating with the supplier to see why a sink bracket is no longer supplied with this product. This is all that's needed to hold up the sink mixer so we apologise again for the inconvenience it has caused.
