Beware if you need to make a change
Service was ok before the pandemic and then it was difficult to talk to someone and figure out how to proceed with canceling or moving our trip.

Please know that our Cancel For Any Reason Waiver (CFAR) with the purchase of TripMate Travel Protection states that refunds will be issued as future travel credits.

Good communication and service. Act quicker on Covid-19 changes.
Overall it's been a very good experience. I was disappointed in the handling of Covid-19 related changes until Tenon made the call to delay.
