For the price, I expected a nicer vehicle.

Driver was nice. Advertisement showed a nice vehicle but regular city taxi was nicer. Total rip off! Next time I will use Grab or regular taxi. I wanted a better vehicle.

This means, that we will, of course, make our best to offer the best type of vehicle for your transfer but sometimes the cars from every one of our partners are not as luxurious as we would like. Of course, we are actively improving the quality of the cars offered, but since we operate around the world, covering every booking with the best cars is still an objective we have. Taxi didn't turn up at the specified time, I called the number and they hung up on me. After about 3 mor phone calls I was told 15 minutes. Eventually the taxi turned up 50 minutes late. Only just...
