Messed up the pickup airport!

Booked the pick up from Georgetown, Penang, but driver did not show up. Then when we called him he was waiting in Kuala Lumpur! It took another hour and a half before a driver came to Georgetown.

They were really helpful - the original driver booked didn't turn up and the manager organised another driver straightaway, who was great, and even when I gave him the wrong address, was relaxed...

de persoon welke mij kwam ophalen was niet echt op zoek naar mij en vertelde mij dat ik op de terug vlucht best vroeger vertrok , dus toen ik de terugrit vervroegde moets ik 6 eur bij betalen.

We begrijpen heel goed hoe frustrerend dit voor u was, vooral omdat u een dure transfer hebt geboekt om deze last-minute ongemak te voorkomen. Dit is natuurlijk niet de service die wij onze klanten willen bieden. Aangezien wij van mening zijn dat er geen extra bedrag in rekening gebracht had moeten worden voor deze overboeking, hebben wij de 6EURO extra die u moest betalen al gerestitueerd. U ontvangt het bedrag binnen 4 werkdagen terug op uw MasterCard rekening. Bovendien hebben we serieuze maatregelen genomen met de chauffeur van uw boeking om te voorkomen dat deze situatie zich ooit nog eens voordoet. Gelieve onze oprechte verontschuldigingen aan te nemen voor het ongemak. Als gebaar van verontschuldiging hebben wij u een kortingscode gestuurd die u bij de volgende reservering die u mijn boek bij ons kunt verzilveren.
