Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you did not receive the service you expected on your recent order.
Occasionally we experience slight delays with wallpaper orders as we ensure that all batch numbers match so our customers can achieve the perfect finish, due to our recent Sale we have experienced higher than usual sales on wallpaper so ensuring the batches match can be a little trickier at these times.
As your order also contained paint this order was sent via a specialist courier that is insured to handle the paint, unfortunately on this occasion they did not deliver within their next day timeframe and this meant your order was further delayed from being delivered. Please be assured we have raised this issue with the courier and this will form part of our regular courier reviews.
We try our upmost to delivery standard items within the 5 working days timescale however we apologise that this was not the case in this instance.
