Thank you for your feedback with regards to your order, we apologise that we sent a replacement wallpaper paste, we had tried to contact you prior to your order being dispatched but were unsuccessful. We sent out the order so that we could ensure your order was received within our delivery targets.
I can see from our records that we have now arranged an exchange and you will be receiving the paste as ordered.
