Ordered items on 31st December, said it’s take 2-5 days, only received my order today 18 days later after calling twice to remind them. Won’t be using again.

Really sorry for the delay in receiving your order. One of the wallpapers was not available in matching batch numbers and had to be ordered in for you. This obviously delayed the delivery timescale given on our website and you were informed of the reason for delay.
That the samples of wallpaper sent were extremely small and I wasn’t able to judge whether they would look good enough to purchase

Sorry that you were not happy with our wallpaper samples sizes. These are larger than the standard sample sizes, which we have researched within the sample market.
