Thank you for your review, we always strive to offer the best available service and I am happy to hear that in this instance we met your expectations.
Can't purchase online and pick up instore, you have to pay for delivery. Then delivery date is planned only they didn't show up. Telephoned and no one could give an update so ended up sending email...

At the moment we are unable to offer in store pick up, however we were able to facilitate it as a one off due to your failed delivery.
