Good online too - though the item bought in store was a few pounds cheaper than the same one online, before the cost of postage.

There are a small number of products that are priced differently online than instore, these prices are strictly controlled by our suppliers and we are unable to sell at any other price online. Hopefully this will help you understand this pricing discrepancy.
Very quick and easy to use, will use again. Plus I saved £3.00 per roll, now that's better than a poke in the eye with a pointed stick. Well done is what I say.

I have ordered a table lamp 14 days ago from Taskers website and got a confirmation email to say I should get my goods between 3-5 days (order No: #000102683). One week past and did not hear anything from Tasker or the table lamp, called Tasker and a guy from lighting department advised me that they don't have any in the stock and they have order some already an I should receive my lamp by Thursday 19th Jan (last week). As I didn't received any goods l have rang the Tasker again today and this time the lady from lighting department first could not find my order and after a while waiting on hold she finally found my order and advised me that they didn't have any in stock and have order some from supplier (same story as 10 days ago). When I have asked her how long this will take she was not sure and told me to speak to the internet team and hang upped. I have rang back to the switch board and explained the situation to the lady and wanted to speak to a manager to complain and get to the bottom of this. She advised me that the internet team has finished for the day and I have to call back tomorrow morning after 9!!? I was shocked that even she couldn't care less about my concern and got rid of me without even taking any detail or arranging any call back!! Very disappointed and shocked by the level of service and customer care, also unprofessional staff! Please can someone take a responsibility and find out what's going on with my order as I am not happy at all with lack of customer care and communication.thanks
