Ce a spus Trusted Customer despre SuperCamps:
My boys had a good time but were disappointed on a few days when the agenda for the day was changed and breaks seemed to be unnecessarily long. Their biggest disappointment was with the go-karting...

Hi Steve. Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt the driving test was not as thorough as you had hoped for- our experience of having this activity on camp is that the children really enjoy it! With regards to breaks, we ensure that during the day, the children have at least two 20 minute breaks, as well as an hour for lunch, as we feel it is important for the children to have time to rest and restore their energy during the busy day! If you would like to get in touch to further discuss any of your concerns, please send an email to info@supercamps.co.uk

I would recommend. I would have liked a bit more info at pick-up about what my children had done. When the children attended in the Summer I got quite a bit more info (it was more forthcoming)....

Thank you for letting SuperCamps know how we can improve. We try to ensure that daily timetables are displayed at the sign-in desk and that parents are given information about their kids' day at sign out. If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to ask a member off staff when you collect your children.

Hi there. I'm glad your daughter enjoyed her time on camp- we know it can be a bit scary at first for the little ones but are so pleased to hear she did enjoy her time! We would love to see her at Camp Putney again soon!
