Unfortnately, you are correct, at this point in time we do not offer free returns, but instead offer free delivery over all £50 orders. This will be something we look at doing for the future. We have looked into your delivery time and can see these took 4 days for dispatch which was within the 5-7 working day estimate for your order. As these were dispatched on a Friday you did not receive these until the Monday. If you are in urgent need of a particular shoe, then please do not hesitate to give us a call and we can give your a rough delivery estimate depending on the stock location.
