Regarding the items you ordered, if they are not what you need, you can request to return them and we can take them back for a full refund of their value (as per our online orders and returns policy). We do our best to present the most appropriate picture for these items, and we have an accurate description on the website, so the customer knows what he or she orders...but it happens not to match what you already have.
